Prerequisites: Strong understanding of firearms safety. Equipment: Students can use either a handgun or long gun (i.e. carbine, rifle, or shotgun) for this class. Handguns should be accompanied by a holster. Long guns will need a sling. Students will not be allowed to possess ammunition during this class. If a student wishes to use the range facilities following the class, they are welcomed to do so, however all ammunition must remain locked in their vehicle.
